We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ToeGrips aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unused ToeGrips in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
